Oui tout à fait mais il faut que tu fasse une recherche sur le web pour voir comment on fait en .Net. Si tu trouve un code pour un Winform par exemple tu pourras directement ...

The Problem was, that i have to send the login information for the AD. The problem is also known as double hop.

I think you able to do this by web-service of Sharepoint and CAML.
For example, when you choose something in combobox1, you make some query to SPLists and put incoming data to combobox2...

May be you could have a custom save button on your form and use the mentioned line of code there.
