I found solution.
If you want to save some columns with your specific names, wich then will be used in Infopath Template, you should save it in ''Microsoft Office InfoPath'' group. So your columns will not change names...

1. Open Service Request form in design mode.
2. Choose extract form files from file menu.
3. Open ''map'' xml document in notepad.
4. Find ''Blinds'' and then change it to ''Curtains'' in display attribute.
