i am not exactly able to get the problem. Do you want to ensure that the percentage should be 100. and you want datavalidations on this.
-
why dont u use item level permissions so that user sees only his form.
-
this.Saveas()
is available for client forms, not for browser enabled forms.
-
change the type off fields in the table to to rich text (XHTML).
-
you can have print and save on one button only.
u will have to use rules to submit the form
and use rules on the same button for printing
-
you can have more than one submit data connections and create two buttons one for submitting to your original location and another for sending the mail
-
when infopath form opens, in the address bar there will be a parameter passed to the form by the name source - >
this argument tells the infopath form where to redirect when the form is submitted.
you need to change that.
-
browser forms support Rich Text (XHTML). and it automatically adjusts the height. all you have to do is go the properties of the field. go to size and in the height field type auto.
Hope this solves your problem

hi Karen,
This should not worry you, if you are promoting many fields this problem arises.
but the form works fine.
all you need to do is Go to your document/form library where the forms are stored. Go to settings -> form library settings -> advanced settings. Set opening browser enabled forms to display as webpage.

you can open a data connection to the document/form library where you store your forms, and get last modified data of your form from there.
Alternatively if you have custom save, submit buttons, you can set this fields value to the current date when saving/submitting
