Where exactly on the Sharepoint server should the Manifest.xsf be published? Any particular form name?

I have been trying to determine how to use taht approach. Conditional formating is greyed out as it is not really a data source? unless there is a trick and to add it or do I need to figure out how to do this with scripting?

InfoPath is not required on the server.
Adding the server to your Local Intranet zone in IE should fix the problem. Once added to your Local Intranet zone, close IE and InfoPath and then try the DAT form again.

OK - That fixed the original problem.
Now when running the DAT tool setup, InfoPath indicates it cannot open the form because it requires Domain privileges and it is running under restricted. Does InfoPath have to be on the Server itself? I am running it from a client.

I am creating a new InfoPath form from a Data Connection. I am selecting a query as my table. When I do this, I get an error saying that ''Submit status: Not allowed - One or more of the tables in the data source do not have a primary key, unique constraint, or unique index.'' Does this mean that I cannot use a query as my data connection?

You said that there were 2 fields in your repeating table... it sounds like, let's say, field2 has conditional formatting based on field1. If both fields are children of the repeating table, the you should be able to do ''../field1''. It doesn't matter if field1 has a drop-down list box bound to it which pulls values from a secondary data ...

That's correct. The ASP.NET version is correct. The QdabraWebService installed under the DefaultWebSite, which is currently stopped (WSS 3 is using Port 80).
EDIT: When I stopped Sharepoint and started the Default site and tried to run the page, I received a ''Service Not Available'' error.
