I know this seems silly, but go to Data Connections and click Modify on the Rest Web service one. Go through the wizard clicking Next for everything. After you're done, go back to the data source and see if the node is repeating.
I see this about 25% of the time. Simply recreating the data connection (or modifying it) seems to get it to work ...

Hi Ldkud50,
I have created Qdabra support ticket 138247 to track the issue of publishing qRules to the updated O365. We will investigate this.
Hi Jerry,
I will create a support ticket for XLS to XML if you can provide a little more detail regarding what errors you are seeing.
Thanks,

Hi Jerry,
We are very interested in fixing any issues you have and would like to get as much detail as you have regarding the errors.
We did test qRules with the preview of the new Office 365. Our concern was the amount of sandbox resources, since Microsoft has talked about the sandbox being "deprecated" in the future. Deprecated means ...

Hi Luke,
You can update the form's title automatically using qRules. Check out Qdabra.com and look at qRules under Tools and Templates.

Field-level change tracking isn't easy with InfoPath. Your picture button approach wont scale. You can set a rule on the parent node and add code to capture all changes, but it's more work. However, the biggest issue is how to display the historical data in the form.
I agree that IP is better than Word for XML support and Web service ...

Sounds like a bug. Can you try to create a new form from the new XML data source? Does that work? If so, you might be able to make progress if you copy the view and rebind the controls. If it does not work, there may be an issue with the XML schema that you are inheriting. In general, we don't see too many issues regarding forms that are ...

Hi Corrie,
InfoPath let's you create a custom section and that section can query a SharePoint list containing the customers. If your customers are in a different location, you can use a Web service. No custom code required, but you won't get type ahead. SharePoint 2010 will support sorting. You can connect to a REST Web service and ...

Hi Brice235i,
I think this may be a SharePoint issue. For security purposes, XML files aren't automatically opened. You could look at automatically converting the file to a link that points to the contents in a document library. We have a popular plugin called qRules that supports that. Then, you can manually modify the link to be use ...

Hi Diggerla,
Are you saying that InfoPath 2010 is hanging when you try to modify the data connection or refresh the main data source? That's weird. Have you tried to remove the data source and re-add it? I know that will require rebinds, but might be a workaround.
Let us know....

Hi Tom,
If you are using SharePoint 2010, you can filter the list using the query parameters. Just create a data connection to retrieve data from the InfoPath Designer and give it the URL for the list but don't query on load. When they select the time slot, add a rule with two actions: set the query field and then query the data ...
