Is it possible that you develop an advanced smart combo box(SCB), which allows to connect to an database connection or web services?

Oui j'ai fait une vue d'impression qui contient tous les détails. L'utilisateur ne voit pas cette vue.
Est-ce qu'elle est quand même créée lors de la création du formulaire ?
Je comprends pas vraiment l'avantage que j'aurai de faire un xslt pour word. Est-ce que tu aurais des adresses/liens où je pourrais me renseigner un peu plus là-dessus ...

Do u check the infopath ODBC DataConnections ?
when u want to design a new form , click on "New From Data connection".
click on "Select DataBase" and Then check the first choice and then click on "New Source".
"ODBC DSN" DataSources are available there and u can choose which one u want to use ...

In order to connect a form to a MYSQL database you would need to use a webservice. InfoPath only supports Microsoft SQL or Access for its native ''Database'' connection. Unfortunately it does not use ODBC. However with Web Services anything is possible. I am not familiar however with what it would take to add webservices to MySQL.
