The Code is not in the OnLoad-Function, because I have commentated the OnLoad-Function.
Whit the button I save form A and with an other butten I open a new Form. In this case form B. Everything functions without any code because I use rules in the forms.
So die only code I need is in Form B the onload-function to get the value of form A.

If you want to know whether any data connection has been updated, you need to keep track of that yourself. You will need to do this is code or rules. If you use rules, you need some kind of a boolean field tha you can update in your rule actions after you've updated the data connection (SQL or whatever). If you use code, you would do something ...

Displaying the XML in the alert will not show the true results. You will need to extract your form files and look at the actual .xml file created by InfoPath when you established your data connection.
For example, the fact that your XML shows the following:

I now see the problem you are having... You have a repeating group with three identical fields, only the value of their attribute differentiates them. This is a problem, but not without a solution.
Use a repeating section with a drop-down list box bound to Field. Then filter or use conditional formatting to only show the row where ...

Hi,
first of all thank you very much for your anwser.
I'm sorry, I fear I have not pointed out problem clear enough. ;-) Just getting data from a web service into a form (as described in the article you sent me) is no problem.
What I want to do is to display these results not in a specific UI element (such as a Textbox, DropDownBox, etc.) but ...

Since you are only getting 1 for the count, InfoPath has not recognized the second form being open yet. That is why the XDocuments(1) fails. The count ...

Okay, from what you've said, it sounds like you actually have TWO repeating sections... one that contains the hyperlink and a TOC section that contains the display/value pairs. This is where your problem is coming from.
Is it possible to have all this in the same repeating group in your schema? If so, then it should be a simple matter of having ...

Thanks for the info....this all plays into a prior posting concerning the following: if you have any detail info (coding, rules) on how to make this happen, it would be appreciated.
I have a form with 6 views. How do I get the form to open in the view it was saved in. It only opens in the default view I published the form in. I'm using ...

Obviously the amount of data being loaded can have a big effect. I have had forms which query hundereds of rows in a database take minutes to load the data.
Another aspect is the way the data is displayed or laid out. If you have multiple repeating tables or sections these can also take time to populate the data depending on how it is ...
