En complément de ta solution il est possible d'interroger un webservice de Sharepoint (créer par défaut) qui permet de savoir qu'es-ce qu'il y a dans les listes, une méthode pour les effacer, ajouter un élément, ...

Yes you can do that of course. I guess what Greg ment is more that you cannot create any control out of nothing with infopath you can however append new childs to an existing node, see this for example for a repeating section:

Hi All,
I have a problem i hiding column of repeating table. I want to show number of columns depending upon the table columns in the database. So I have taken 20 columns by default in the repeating table in design mode no I want to hide other unnecessary columns in repeating table.
How do I have conditional formatting of this type?
