Hi,
Yes,We can do this programmatically. In code behind, we need to get reference of that button and then disable that button. Every UI control has defined #. You have to use that number to get handle for that control and then call disable on that. I am sending you list # for each toolbar button and menu ...

Hello,
first, thank you for your answers.
rocknbananas:
your solution seems to be very interesting but unfortunately I don't really have skills in C# programming... (I've only already programmed in C and Java, but not really in depth!) :s
Is your solution really complicated or should I try to follow this option??? Maybe a little part of code ...

Hi,
I am trying to send infopath form through mail and want to show this form in the body of email. I am trying to send mail with the help of c# .Net by coding using System.Web.Mail ref and its corresponding methods. So not using data connections to send mails.
How to have this InfoPath form in the body of mail? As I can easily attach form in ...

I actually got it working in an optional section. If the field value is less than 5000, then dont allow users to insert or delete this section.
I actually want the section to open up itself. Instead of pressing the insert button.

Hi hmalkan,
1. Double click on the section.
2. Navigate to Display tab.
3. Click on conditional formatting.
4. Click Add.
5. Select the field from the first drop down.
6. Select 'is less than' from second drop down.
7. Type '5000' in the third field.
8. Check 'Hide this control' check box.
9. Click 'Ok'.
Hope this helps you!

I mean say for example if the value in a field goes greater than 5000 the linked section (which has couple of fields in itself) becomes visible for users to fill out. Otherwise its hidden sections.

Hi Hetal,
I'm not sure what you mean here. Conditional formatting can be done on sections. Did you double-click on the section and go to the Display tab?

Hi,
I would like to add a section in my form, which comes live if any linked field is true.
I have tried conditional formatting but it doesnt give me an option for selecting sections.
Is this possible???
Thanks

bejubi: I read that article, and same problem here. (SP2007)
However, I found a resource, which might lead to a better understanding of how SP2007 interprets our xml template data, and integrate to the form list.
2/5 and 3/5 would be helpful.

Hi Vidette!
Great to see you here. Did you know that you can just install our DBXL and use our Active Directory Web Service and Database connection methods to accomplish the same thing? No coding required! :)
