The XPath for the default looks like this:
xdXDocument:GetDOM("Suppliers")/dfs:myFields/dfs:dataFields/d:SharePointListItem_RW/d:Column7[../d:Title = xdXDocument:get-DOM()/dfs:myFields/dfs:dataFields/my:SharePointListItem_RW/my:Supplyer]

If you attach your template to a reply, I'm happy to simply put this in place for you.
On your form, you have a drop down control, correct? The user selects a supplier from it.
This control is bound to a main data source field.
If you right click the control, and select the control's properties, the main data source field's name ...

No question is stupid - I haven't used SharePoint List forms much, so I'm having to walk through this too.
It looks like by default the repeating section doesn't have "Allow users to insert" enabled - right click your repeating section and under the properties you'll see something like the screenshot I've attached. ...

How is your form submitting? Via code or rules?
If this were my form, I'd assume the issue was somewhere in the form logic - perhaps the code you've added for debugging is causing your new submit ...

You can simply use loading rules to check the value of a field, if you go that route, no need to write code.
As to passing the form on - so much of that just depends on your business logic. Maybe your users who are supposed to fill out the location values set alerts on the library for new forms - or have a view that just shows submitted forms - ...

Feel free to attach your template under the options tab and I can take a look. The formula needs to go in the formula editor - using the fx button.

When you reply, using the Reply button, there is an Options tab. at the top. You can click on the options tab to attach a file.So you can attach a screenshot that way, or the form template you are working on.

Just to add to this - You could use the Delete command to delete existing rows. Then if your source and destination data sources match, you can use CopyTable to copy repeating data from one to the other. If they don't match, you can use the Insert command, a counter field and some XPath magic. I just did a demo video on this - check it out ...
