Try with the full XPath ''/myFields/dataFields/tns:getCoordenacaoResponse/getCoordenacaoResult/NewDataSet/CS_COORDENACAO/nmCoordenacao'' in the second example
other wise put one more ''/'' before the XPath.

You can do this by number of ways, one of my logic i thinking is take a form with PO field and submit it in share point.
From your form take the secondary connection of that form that contained PO and take the value of PO to the present form and increment by 1 in the secondary dom and submit the both forms at a time. So that ...

Hi marina,
1.Double click on 'Line Charge (read-only)' field.
2.Click on 'Format' button under Data tab.
3.Change the decimal places to '3' and click 'Ok'.
4.Now enter
InvoiceAmount:$5.29, select Department, enter Percentage:50 and check Line charge.
5.It displays as '$2.645'.(Now the total upto $5.29)
