• Re: Rich Text Box in InfoPath form in MOSS

I am developing my workflow in Visual Studio, so I will try using htmlencode/htmldecode as you suggest. As for getting the rich text into my list, I just retrieve the content of the rich text box from the InfoPath form into a string variable in the workflow. I then populate the field in my SharePoint list with this value (the field is set as ...

  • Re: Cascading lists

I have four database queries in my infopath form. Three of these populate drop-down list boxes and the data is retrieved at load time. For the fourth one, I'm using a ADOQueryConnection to modify the command associated with the data connection dynamically when a button in the form is pressed. I can successfully publish this form and invoke ...

  • Re: Showing an alert and closing the form

Browser enabled forms are really restrictive in their functionality. I am struggling with some of that right now. Alerts are not allowed and microsoft recommends using hidden sections to display messages. i.e. create a hidden section with a text box with message and keep it hidden until you want to display it on some trigger. The problem I am ...

  • Re: Creating a TOC or Index

Greg, Once again thank you for your assistance on this issue. I have now resolved this somewhat; I have been able to automatically generate a table of contents, with each TOC entry automatically referencing a repeated section's heading. However, now I want to be able to use the TOC's entries as hyperlinks so that when it ...

  • Re: DBXL Training Documentation

Hi snyderjd, I'm not terribly fluent in VB, but I don't see any loops in your web service code. You will have to either call that method multiple times, or loop through each of the rows within the method itself. If you are calling the method several times, you might want to check the key constraints in SQL. ...
