Could you provide a bit more detailed information may be you have messed up your manifest file somehow and need to modify parts of it manually.

Yes you should create print views for all of them. I mean you could just copy and paste your entire view (all ddl, controls, tables) and replace the ddl through expression boxes bind it to the same element than your ddl but that would mean that you have 6 additional views just for printing. Put simply I am designing an expense process where the originator specifies the email address of their authoriser as i do not want to mess about with permissions I would like to all each person only 2 views, one where they originate the form and two where they need to authorise the form.

Are you saying that now that I have this new blank page, I now have to re-create my entire 6 page form all over again in this print view, JUST so I don't get underlining in a selected value of a drop down ...
