however my filter is NOT working, WHY???? please can anyone help? If infopath can't do what it says it can do , what is the benefits of using it??

We use IP 2003 and as a result, we email a lot of .xsn files around for processing.
We discovered an issue and not sure how to plan for it.

Will I need access to the overall sharepoint site? Because I only have access to the directory Safety and Training http://207.245.47.37/sites/Safety_and_Training/ Also, I cannot find the IIS on my computer obviously so I take it I will have to get admin rights for the whole site?

This usually means that the web service is unreachable. Can you bring up the ASMX pages in the browser from the computer you are trying to open the form in?
