Editing Manifest.xsf file, I find my first path and Db two times in connectionString (...;DBQ=\\myfirstpath\mydb.mdb;...;Initial Catalog=\\myfirstpath\mydb"). I don't know why they are present here, but after removed these occurrences and changed Db address into ODBC driver, I work fine with right mdb file. ...

Default value formulas do recognize preceding-sibling, maybe you had an XPath incorrect. I have made a simple sample that demonstrates this in the attached file. I think it should be pretty self explanatory, but let me know if there are any more problems.

La seul solution pour que ca marche ca serait de temporiser le id ou le noeud de la ligne dnas le oncontextchange et après dans l'événement du bouton récupérer la valeur de cette variable et rechercher ce noeud puis lui appliquer les modif mais c'est un peu casse gueule...

You cannot. The display value is a pure view notion and view cannot be accessed by neither rules not scripting.
Your workaround is to define an aux data source based off an XML file where you will type the values for the dropdown. For example, it may look like this:
