Here is some code to run an app. through InfoPath using JScript on a fully trusted form.
var shell = new ActiveXObject("WScript.Shell")
var path = "\"C:Program Files\\Folder\\Folder\\Program.exe";
var oExec = shell.run(path);

you need to have at least SP1 installed on each machine

unfortunately not possible as far as i know. anyway unless you wouldn't use and encryption after the pwd was entered a user could just open your xml file with the notepad and see what you have entered.
