Make sure any layout table rows are set to auto for height.

The /id needs to be the XPath to your ID field - relative if you've mapped repeating data, absolute if not. No concat statement needed here - set the value of the command field to:
SubmitToSharePointList /submit=ShPSubmit /mapping=mapping /id=my:IdField
with the actual relative path to your Id Field replacing the bold text above, or if your ...

Did anything else change on your SharePoint server? Updates?
With your test form that you created, were you using the same list? Or a different list?

I'm sorry, I guess I don't understand what the problem is. Can't you just change your rule to set the Supervisor field to the AD_ID? Or better yet, remove the default value for the supervisor field? As it currently stands, that field will get reset every time the existing XML is opened, and always be set to the first instance of the ...

Well, here's the thing - input parameters are only available for forms that are using the IP 2007 object model or later. You won't be able to save as a 2003 format and have input parameters.

And in your list from SharePoint, it doesn't? Sorry, I'm trying to understand what you are saying, but am having a bit of trouble. :-)
Basically - your supervisor drop down uses AD_ID from your secondary data connection field for the possible values. Whatever your ...

Well. Gee. I guess we know who not to listen to. I was totally spacing on the IP 2003 thing. The blog your code sample came from mentions the same thing:
This blog article discusses a new feature of Microsoft InfoPath 2007 that makes it possible to pass data into an InfoPath form at load time
And now that you mention it - nope, I've not ...

But that wasn't what I suggested. I simply suggested you drag the data source for the drop down onto the form, and the supervisor field onto the form, so you can see what is going wrong.
I'm attaching your form template with those changes. Publish this and open it in the browser - this way you can track down the actually root cause.
-
I should add - you can use IP 2007 to design IP 2003 forms. Only you would need IP 2007 installed. Your form users could continue with IP 2003.

Are either approaches working? That is, are you failing with command line? Try using lower case for your parameter, both in your code and your URL.
