Multiple views is standard best practice since they share the same data. Passing data between seperate forms is much more complex.
Add rules to your drop down to set the value of additional fields.

Is it easier to pass data between views in the same form or pass data between two separate forms?
What is the syntax/process to auto-populate fields after a drop-down is selected (including populating fields in different views or forms, depending on the answer to the first question)?
Thanks.

Davidair,
Thanks for the info. It appears I don't have the latest and greatest version to support this feature. Our IS department is planning on rolling out 2007 but not in the near future. Thanks again for the help.

I have seen the term "Web-Enabled form" a number of times. I can't figure what that actually means? Is the term being used in reference to developing a data connection using infopath "web services" rather that an dbase connection?
The reason I ask is because I was wondering if there is a way to create form in infopath ...

I am displaying this in a Rich text, but the tags insist to appear :/

If it is formatted data then you may need to display it as a rich text control. Otherwise rich text displayed in a regular text box can show html characters.
