Hi Brandon,
If it's a cross domain issue, you could either have your users add the domain to their Local Intranet (IE setting), or you could change your InfoPath form to Full Trust via the File->Property->Security dialog.
Of course, I recommend the former.
If it's not cross domain, please provide more detail about what you are ...

Hi AstromanDan,
I did a webinar last Thursday on how to handle holidays. http://youtu.be/MwejeH898vI
One of the scenarios was holidays.
It does use our qRules common library and you can download a free trial of that from the Qdabra dot com site.
qRules is a common library we created to help save InfoPath form designers time.
We do sell it for ...

Hi Debi,
Not necessarily. If the form is opening in the browser, you can configure a UDCx file (universal data connection) to login to a separate server but it will require hardcoding the credentials in the UDCx which is not a good security practice.
I recommend using our ultra cheap Web service (DBXL). The Beginner license lets you query SQL ...

Hi Matt,
Go to your Project Brief form and promote the fields that you want to bring into your Project Status form. This is just File->Properties->Promoted columns. Hardcoding a form template with xpaths in compiled code will guarantee extra costs down the road.
That's why we developed qRules - to help people out with all of their forms. No developer needed.
It's xpath agnostic and it helps us support the forum.
Please ...

Hi Jason,
Thanks for posting that you figured it out. Once you get used to the steps, it's easy. Let us know if we can help. The tool supports mapping to multiple lists, and there is a lot of documentation and videos on how to do it, but if it's intuitive, don't hesitate to bug us in the forum here.
Cheers,

Hi Jeidi,
I don't speak Spanish so I used http://translate.google.com/ to get this: "Greetings I want to make a form that you have all the information in a SharePoint ista and which can filter or create reports" - I'm assuming you mean "lista" instead of "ista".
English reply:
It's easy to create a ...

Hi Kully,
If this is SharePoint 2010, it's easy to sort the results of a list data connection. Just use an ODATA Web service call instead. SharePoint 2010 supports REST and REST supports ODATA so you should be able to figure it out. Benefits abound. We have several videos showing how to use REST and ODATA, and it's all out-of-the-box.
If ...
