Probably need a bit more informaiton on what you are trying to accomplish. You have a list of possible jobs in Access. You want the user to select a subset of these jobs.  Will that be stored in Access too or just in the form? My first thought is that the easiest thing to do would be to set the column which contains the value you want to perform your check againt as the primary key in you DB table.
