Wow, I really don't know. Everyone is using the same browser? This is a filler form, right? Everyone has signed into Office 365 and clicked "remember me"?

  • Re: In Querying Secondary Data Source, can you have an "OR" situation in the query fields?

Use a REST data connection maybe? No qRules needed for that, but REST allows for more complex filters.

  • Re: Displaying 'Count' of item in a repeating table

So - can you paste the full XPath of an attempt at the formula in a reply? Create the formula with the filter (selecting the repeating row in List 2, select filter data, select the BU # is equal to the BU # in List 1) then select the Edit XPath checkbox and paste the result in a reply & I can probably give you a hand. :)

  • Re: Displaying the date from a calculated date field

Hi there, If the field's data type is Date then you can use the format 14 March, 2001. As far as why it's displaying then you have to check the 'calculating rules'. Your post didn't provide enough info for any further recommendation.

  • Re: InfoPath Query to get User Name

Hi Rodman, Let's call the text field that houses the Engineer's name is txtEName. When GetUserProfileByName runs, we check txtEName field. If txtEName is blank then place the FullName from Getuser to txtEName; otherwise, just don't do anything. Logic behind: When Engineer creates the form, the txtEName must be blank so ...

  • Re: InfoPath Query to get User Name

Hi Rodman, thanks for the extra information and I see the problem. Completing a step in a process and 'cheating; the system to act as someone else is particularly complicated I believe. The last person to work on the form will (should? ) always be the person whose name appears in the 'last modified' ...
