we have over 1,000 completed forms in sharepoint library and now a manager wants a count of a field that was not promoted as a property to the library. Any ideas on how to loop through all of the forms to get a count. I just need to know how time a field was left blank or had data entered. TIA Dean

Since you have Sharepoint, why not just use the built-in Event list? you can add additional columns to capture extra data if necessary. Is there some functionality that you are trying to achieve from InfoPath that is not already available in Sharepoint? Dean

not really, this is a form not  a web page. However you can add a Date Picker control so that people can choose a date. What is it that you are really trying to accomplish?

Clay, i am trying to implement your suggestion but the spaces in my file name are preventing the entire http:// string from rendering as a hyperlink. The link stops at the space. I have tried including a %20 in my concat string but it does not prevent the link from being formed incorrectly. Any idea on how I can fix this? TIA Dean
