Hello Brian  Open the Rich Text box properties and select the Display Tab You can uncheck the check boxes (Paragraph breaks, Character formatting, and full rich text images9images, tables etc.))under Available Formatting. Hope this helps you    

Hello  Helena Try creating an Identical view with all the Controls disabled(except the drop down) , something like Read Only. You can switch to this read only view when the status is changed in the drop down or when the form is submitted.  Hope this helps you

Hello Just use a layout table with two columns. Put the repeating table in the first column and then insert a repeating section with check boxes in the second column of the lay out table. In this way you need not give a dataconnection to thee check boxes

Hello This has to be done in the system. You have to schedule them in the All Programs -> Accessories -> SystemTools -> Schedule Tasks. I feel that they cannot be done automatically from Infopath If they are not opened by anyone and set to send the Emails.
