hmmm... This returns a true or false in the text field I'm typing in.  Is there a way to have a validation setup this way so that the user is notified that (s)he has typed in an illegal character?

Hi Hilary, Ok, got it.  created a new button that calls FilterOwssvr data source.  Unfortuneatly it was the same result.   repeating field returns data for me, but logging in with a standard user account yields nothing after clicking the button. -Bob
