Add a data connection that submits to email - I like to use form fields for the To, Cc, Subject and so forth for greater flexibility. Then add a rule to submit to the email data connection. Or you could use workflow - when an item is created or modified, check the field's value & send email?

InfoPath doesn't have anything out of the box to submit to a list for a form that is NOT a list form. Code, CAML, or qRules are all options - as to workflow, you'd have to get the XML, loop through the repeating nodes & create list items for each.

You'll have to use code for this (or qRules, which has a command for this). Here is a post that may help you:

Had to mess with the Xpath a little to figure it out, but that works PERFECTLY! Thanks, Hilary!

The goal of the travel request form is for a user to submit a single form with multiple flight requests. The problem however is that there isn't a nice way to pull the ...

Add a rule on your button that sets CurrentRecordNumber to the count of preceding siblings for the row that matches on part number. Simple sample attached, save the file locally, right click and select design then preview.
