It appears you have SharePoint (since you have browser enabled), which has work flow. You can use this.
Otherwise you just need to build the workflow into your form.
The key info you will need is who is completing the form. I would recomend an Active Directory web service since you can ID your form user and get email and other info ...

You can control the views in InfoPath. I am not sure if you are referring to an actuall view or a different data schema. There shoudl be an additional action on your query button which switches the view to the one you want.

If this is a secondary data connection to a table with ID and Emails, they will all be loaded into your form when it is qureied and then you can use a filter to get the exact address. If you want dynamic queries you must use a web service.
So on your email address you would have a rule with a condition, field = epost in your secondary and ...

This is a fairly common request but is outside the standard features of InfoPath.
It requires code to connect to the addressbook and then the form has to be full trust, meaning it has to be manually installed for every user so that it has the security to connect.

Hi
I have a task to simplify the process of approval/rejection of a web browser enabled form request. It is working with a serial workflow where 4 groups (each group of approvers has few people, and only one can approve the form) are responsible for the approve/reject. Now people are people and they like simple things not to go and view the form ...

Hi,
I'm new to Infopath and was getting along ok until yesterday afternoon.
I've set up a database to record all data entered through Users completing and submitting a form. This bit is fine.
What I also need is for the user to run a query to find their job so they can enter and submit additional information only (I have a field for this ...
