If you have 2007 there is a function for adding days, I believe you can add a negative number for subtraction. With 2003 you have to use script or code.  Search on DateDiff, which is the VBscript method, and you will find multiple examples here with sample script.

Hi Chris. You can do this but it would require code to start and configure the email, code to extract each attachment from the form, and then attach each one to the email. This would require a full trust form.
