What I'm concerned about (and I mentioned in my email) is when you walk through the data connection manually, then re-inject, you can end up with a couple qRules schema files - and you'll run into troubles if you admin approve / sandbox for browser. Use the template I emailed back to you - it only has the one schema file. :-)

Oh, and also it looks like the data connection was manually walked through via the wizard. I'm just going to clean up this template and email it back to you, okay?

For some reason, the Qdabra Rules data source is not set to retrieve data every time the form is opened. Have you tried re-injecting the template?

Send the form to Support AT Qdabra DOT Com please.

Well, the problem is the value in the Initials field is not actually equal to the value in the ID Number field. Are there any spaces after the value in the Initials field?

If you change those text boxes to calculated values (expression boxes), you'd be able to set the format. The XML is going to ...

David - thanks so much for sharing your form files with me - for the sake of others, here's what we found (and if I misstate anything, David, please don't hesitate to correct me):
The original form, which was designed in InfoPath 2010 and saved as InfoPath 2007 form has a database connection to an Access database. The second form ...
