I'm completely lost. Do I set this filter when I'm building the form, creating a view or where? I don't see anything call Formula Builder.

Hi Alphamax,  This is something that the site collection admin has access to do.  Do you have those rights?

Pretty cool.  Dont see a place to alter the number displayed though.  I tried to do it in SP designer 2007 however, I get the error message "files in _layouts folder are not available for editing". How did you modify yours?
