I was not sure if you already had forms or not but you could enter an initial form with 8000 or add an additional rule to your form template that says if less than 8000 set to 8000.

I would but a rule on field B Three rules One with Condition one - Set field A One with Condition two - Set field A Third - Set Field A On the first two check the box at the bottom which says to stop processing rules if true.

Great!! Problem fixed. I uninstall the application and reinstall. Also install all the services packs. Now i can keep working with the stored procedure!!! Any suggest welcome :)

Sorry about that. I am at a loss. You say you do not have the standard menus in forms designer.  I believe you might be using Visual Studio instead.  Try using the help to find the data connections.
