That does sound wierd. I wonder if your print area is too wide or long and it is creating extra pages or something?  I think you would need to play with it. The strange part is that the preview is different from the actual print results.

That is an issue with any file sharing.  Check out can help with that with SharePoint.. For an enterprise application with multiple users, I would recommend a backend database then you can use record locking and have your data protected and available for reporting,etc.

I noticed in the Template.xml (from the cab) that these namespaces were on all elements, this gives the impression that the elements should ALL have prefixes. However, the prefix doesn't match any namespace in the schemas themselves, this appears to be one that InfoPath (2003, I guess I should specify that) has generated. Thanks again.

Here is the problem: userA and userB has contribute access to a form. userA opens the form and changes something. Meanwhile userB opens the form and changes something. userB submits the form and then userA submits the form. all changes done by userB disappeared. My question is that any way to implement some kind of mutex?
