Are they using the send form to oiption in InfoPath? This can be turned off in form options. If they are taking the initial email and forwarding the email then there would be a couple options. Hi Alex, welcome to the forum. If you search on "cascading dropdown" you will find some blogs and post for what you need. Essentially you put a filter on the dropdown source referencing the previous dropdown selection.
