How frustrating. And is this in all browsers? Or just IE? Since you say SharePoint 2013, I'm assuming this is not Office 365 - is that correct, that this is an on prem server? I do see in Edge & IE that line spacing is wider than in client in a quick test form, but I'm not seeing the issue with words cut off or not wrapping. Oh! and ...

You actually would have to copy in the inner XML, which InfoPath is not going to do for you out of the box. Do you just want the user to be able to see this data? If so - you could use another RT box bound to the same field, set to read only.

Still getting the error message, but the email is prepared and it saves the record to the SharePoint list. The Submit Form rule has the data connection "Submit Request for Assistance Email", when I add this rule, that is when the message appears. Any assistance will be appreciated. Thank you in advance

Yes, it gets it from the form and fills it into the to field and it is displayed in the prepared email. The form appears to work, it sends the email (to myself) and the record is submitted to the list, but I see the error message, which means the user will see the message and they will think there is a problem.
