But this seems as if you need 'one' of these per form, is there not a way to have 'all' of the forms a user can fill out display as it does in the documents area?
example:
[icon] - document name
[icon] - document name
[icon] - document name
and then have each publish to a specific folder?

That is our specialty.
It is doable and really the best way to do this.
We have web services prebuilt to do this.
Send me an email and I can show you how it would work and some examples.

Hi Jon.
I have done several healthcare InfoPath solutions.
You can identify the user and secure these forms. I can show you how to make them completely HIPAA compliant.
There are also some other design considerations you will want to look at such as form volumes and search and lookup.
Send me an email and I can show you what I know.

Thanks for the reply. I'm afraid I have no idea how to write code for the forms so I guess I'll have to forget this option.

I am going to publish this form onto one of our shared drives for other users from other computers to access it.
Due to the confidential nature of the data I am obligated to keep this information secure ...

Clay,
That's my point: There is no configuration avaiable anywhere - I'll investigate Microsoft's site.
