I have started getting errors while switching views through the browser. The default view loads fine. There are no errors when publishing the form. But I get the "The Form has been closed" message when switching views. The SharePoint logs show this series of errors when I get that message from the ...

I was trying to avoid the sample as a test, but it's use in inevitable; which is unfortunate since I'm really doing the same exact thing...only with more fields of different names. Nothing complicated extra.
I know we're going to be using SQL through SharePoint for our reporting from our form libraries (once we convert to ...

I am using IP 2003 (sp1) to design a form that integrates with an Access DB. Recently, the form processor began to throw the following error on Submit: "Multiple colons are not allowed in a name". In trying to isolate the problem I have gone so far as to recreate both the form and the DB -- grrr. This seems to be the key -- one of ...

Have you considered using an XML file or database to house this information?
That could be simpler. I have used a SharePoint list to keep this data, but only because the list would be updated via SharePoint. If you are going to manage the updates ...

Sorry to keep tacking on to this thread. But my situation is similar. I have two nodes, Total C and Total I each with a sum function to create a numerical value. I have another node, TotalAssets which takes a max value between the two said nodes. I can't get the syntax right to allow the max between two fields ...

Welcome to the forum.
have you tried accessing the web service via data conenctions rather than directly in your code?
For a browser based form you would need to convert to a UDC, this can be done with one button click as a data connection.
