I would evaluate whether you need Full Trust or not.  If it is required to run some code in the backend there may be some options to move that code to a web service and remove the full-trust requirment.

I would guess it has to do with your table relationships. You may need to create a seperate data connection for just products. Do you have a lot of records? I can show you how to also query your secondary data connections.

So you want this layout in the InfoPath form or in SharePoint? It would be pretty simple in InfoPath other than the map display but I have had a link for that in forms. Actually I think if you were extracting the data then you could maybe do this in a SRS report. Email me and I could show you a sample.
