i would appreciate if you could provide me some code level help or direct me towards an article for implementing a custom control for browser based infopath forms.
This infopath form would be published to a sharepoint site and displayed within a WebPart (XMLFormView) on a ASPX Page.

I've add a repeating group in the main datasouce.which I want Insert/delete rows via code only.
Pleae could someone be kind enough to tell me how can I do?

There are atleast three ways in InfoPath 2003 to send an email from code (jscript):

Unfortunately, InfoPath uses <input type="button"/> rather than <button/>. This means that you have no way of wrapping text.
You might try using a narrower font, like Arial Narrow.

Basically, as a high-level overview, you need to have a Submit to Email data connection already in place. Then you populate the various email fields in code, and submit the connection.
However, there are some specific issues you will run into with this... mainly that switching views in code to export or submit a specific view, ...
