If the user is getting the form saved but also and error then I would guess there is some work flow or maybe the secondary calculation that is causing the error since it appears the save is not the issue.  You could create a custom security permission that might be a work around for this. In IP 2007 you can take your data sources off-line.  Which means it will do this caching for you. Check it out and see if that is what you need.

Ok, I have made it past that first problem by registering thos DLL's, unfortunately I am now encountering a new problem, when I get to the end of the wizard and click finish I get an error message stating that 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\mshta.exe' has terminated unexpectedly or something to that effect.
