You cannot create a secondary data source from an XSD - instead, create an XML compatible with the XSD and InfoPath will automatically infer the XSD from it.

I Use infoPath 2007.
Myprimary datasource is a webservice. I want to add an secondary datasource of the type XSD.
I can use this XDS without any trouble when I create a new InfoPath form and select XML datasource.
But I can't get it in InfoPath like a secondary datasource, When I select XML inbound it gives an error.

I have had a play ...

You need the UDC files on the production server which you may be able to copy them directly to it and/or modify them as XML.
You also could create new ones and then convert them and have them created on the production site.
Probably best, once they are ...

Hi Phil.
Do you close the form after this submit process?
If so I have switched to the simple view at the end, then run the email submit, then close and the user never even sees it.
If not then sometimes you can add a button to the simple email summary and treat it like a confirmation button and when they click it they switch back to the ...

I would add some expression boxes bound to the same fields and verify what is being returned.
What field types are you using in SQL? I have seen with non-variable field types that the data gets padded with spaces but then when imported back in that is not an exact match with the dropdown value and therefore it will not show it.
But just ...
