Hi! I'm sorry, I keep meaning to reply to this, and I've read it several times - but I just don't understand what the issue is? What isn't working the way you expect?

You only want day 1 setup hours in setup? Or setup hours from any day?

 Thank you for the quick response. I am fairly sure the email options are correct as they work when using IP2007/Win 7 enterprise. I even went as far as adding a submit button (Email this CR)  at the bottom of each form to be able to e-mail to a single e-mail address. The buttons work but no view is in the body.  Enclosed ...

 Thank you Hilary ! Sure I talked to myself but it helped me solve my problem. I should not be scared of making tests. And I'm about to post another question because I'm facing another weird problem... 

Ok.. but confidential. below the grand total hours section, I have a field that says Setup hours - where I want a total from the selection from task day 1 - hours - to sum all rows that the selection is setup. does that make sense?

This should be possible - but I'd understand your question a lot better if I could see your form? Can you attach it to a reply under the Options tab?

Hi there, I am struggling finding any info on this but i want to create a total using a drop-down list - so if the user selects setup - and totals his/her hours that it sums all the time from the selection in the dropdown list.
