 I already add a user in SQL, then I add the credential on UDC's XML (authentication tag), I have tried both SSO or ExplicitConnection, I also tried to use NTLM (with windows login) and Sql(with user which I've been created) but it still returning the same error.. any other suggestion? thanks 

Add a login in SQL and then add the permissions. Then in the UDC you can edit the xml and add the credentials I beleive.
