After submitting you have 3 choices in Infopath: closing the form, create a new or leave the form open.
Is a custom solution possible - in a certain case we don´t want the users to be redirected to the Sharepoint Forms library, but to another URL.

You don't necessarily need code to connect to a Web service. Just add a data connection and specify Web service. Because Web service's return XML, InfoPath can handle them natively.

Yes, Sharepoint can.
You can do it in the following way.
Go to Tools -> Form Options-> Property and Promotion.
Now click "Add" and select the fileds.
In the function dropdown list below you have a "merge" option, so that you can merge the fields.

can anybody tell me how to make that file as a zip file and embed it into the same infopath form?
I am using infopath 2007 and programming language is C#.

Create a field which defaults to concat(http://server/dl/, title) for each record
Use a data source for the control and use that field.
