 I have the same error.   I have allow cross domain access for user templates.   The error in the event log is  " The form cannot connect to the data source. Login failed for user 'NT AUTHORITY\ANONYMOUS LOGON' "  Thank you for your help  Raph

I need to make 3 forms that similar to a one that I already have. There is a secure mode to copy the form, so I ll dont need to create all the filds again to each form? I think if I only publish this form 3 times with different names I ll have problem with the schema/ID...     Thanks!
