Hi -
Can you try just this portion of your command:
SubmitToSharePointList /submit=Analisecredito /mapping=mapping /id=/my:meusCampos/my:ID
And make sure the SharePoint list item is being corectly created, and that an id valud is being returned to /my:meusCampos/my:ID?

Can you use SQL Express or SQL on a server? I guess you could use two SharePoint lists - one would be your apps list, the other your servers list with a lookup column to your apps list that allows multiple values.
-
So, I'd query the list to get back the names. Then I'd use the methods outlined in this doc to populate rows in my main data source - basically, insert a row, get the id from the secondary data source based on the position of the rows, and then populate the name based on that id.

The conditional formatting on the repeating summary table was the issue - here's a revised version.
-
You can attach it to a post under the Options tab - I'll try to take a look later today or tomorrow morning.

What's the full XPath of your formula? You can check the Edit XPath box in the formula editor...
-
You should be able to specify order in your data connection. Walk through the wizard again and click the Modify Table button - that will give you sort options.
-
I've seen this happen in forms with template parts before - do you have any in your form? Or did your form schema change and maybe InfoPath didn't update everything correctly? Can you try re-adding the repeating table to the form and then try adding conditional formatting again?

So, it actually doesn't sound like many to many in your description - one server may have many apps. The apps may appear on more than one server.
To me, it seems like your form would be based off the server table, and your apps table would simply be a secondary data source.

I think this could be done - you'd need to have an XML data source you could populate with the items from the multiline column and you'd need to write a transform - then you could use the transform command. Are these semicolon delimited items? Or are they multiple lines of text? At any rate, here's a Stack Overflow link that may help ...
