I am working on a similar issue in infopath 2007, the form is browser enabled.
Could you please suggest a way to accomplish the same behaviour in browser enabled infopath form?

No there is not a prebuilt control in InfoPath.
You would have to create it one or approximate one with another control as I described. It really depends on how clean you want it to look.

In early IP 2007 discussions, this was going to be much more of a native thing.
