where fileName is the path of xsn file i.e. infopath file and arguments is the argument pass from C# code.

1. Please check if your Server is having enough Space.
2. Check if SharePoint is behaving properly. For example, try uploading a sample .udcx. to the Library and check if it's getting uploaded. If you have space issues, or an issue related to SharePoint, it will throw you the precise exception.

I'm experiencing this same problem, receiving this same error, but I think I have a different scenario for my database. I'm new in this arena, so I'm sure I've missed a base, I just don't know which one.
