Hi some clarification is needed I think.  Are you saying that you have a form with a "attach file" control and you want the attached file to be saved into a seperate SP library than the submitted form?  

I need to have the default value of a Date field be the first day of the month prior to the current day. For example when the form is opened on September 19, 2008. Shiva thanks for your quick answer.  It solved my Taskbad name issue and that was the most important thing. I would still like to be able to change the namespace.  I realize it is not necessary, but I would like too.
