I am trying to deploy a browser-enabled infopath 2007 form to sharepoint in such a way that users can only "see" their own forms, while admins can see "all" forms. We've looked into assigning item level security via a workflow, but found that users can still see all forms in the form library list (though they ...

Using the New button on a SharePoint InfoPath Document List is not intuitive for new SharePoint users. It would be nice if users could simply click a web link to launch a new InfoPath Form. Here is how to do this in a single line URL ...

Are the items in your list in a SharePoint library?
If so changing the library's default views item limit from 100 to what ever you need it to be should fix it.
If you are not using a SharePoint library there may be a setting in the database that you are receiving the data from that limits the size of the list.

Thus, when you are in InfoPath design mode, you will not be able to create a repeating table from this empty list. To get around this, populate the list with a few rows of dummy data. One row doesn't work ...

It looks like you can only show (by default) 100 entries in a drop-down list. I am pulling in data from a secondary data source that probably contains 400 or 500 items, but I can only see the first 100. Is there a way to change the number of entries that are allowed/shown in the field? I cannot find one... Any help ...

I am making a form and I add a view to the SQL Server 2000 database and it doesn't show up when I try to make an InfoPath 2007 connection. It shows the 2 default views made when the database was made and it shows the tables but any views I add do NOT show up. I've tried closing InfoPath and opening it and looking with the same ...
