「フォームの入力」ダイアログの中にある、発行済みのフォームは、発行時のタイミングで生成されるのでしょうか？
それは、発行をおこなった、PCに依存するのでしょうか。
別のPCから、「フォームの入力」ダイアログを見たところ、その中にはありませんでした。
別のPCから、発行の作業を行った場合、元のｐｃから行った「フォームの入力」の中にある、キャッシュファイルはなくなることありますか？

Instead of using '../preceding-sibling::my:item[1]/' you can use this XPath
'../../my:item[count(preceding-sibling::my:item) = (count(current()/../preceding-sibling::my:item) - 1)]/'

You cannot remove the blank value from dropdown. But you can set the default value to show the xml value instead of blank value. In this case blank value will be displayed in the dropdown but by default first value will be selected when you open new form.
