Right click the linked file and select the option to save the file locally. Right click the locally saved file, and select design to open in InfoPath Designer. The rule is on the field next to the Total Value: label.

I'd put a validation rule on Total Value. If Total Value is not blank and Total Value is not = to Total Amount, show a validation error. If you need help, feel free to attach a copy of your form to the options tab in a reply.
-
If you are using validation on the column in SharePoint, I'd think you could use an "and" formula and include a condition that the date field is not blank. I'm confused about your mention of attachment fields tho - a list form can only have a single, repeating attachment field?
-
Well, I'm not sure I understand this. I'm guessing you are using custom validation and need to modify the validation formulas to allow the date pickers to be blank if the required date picker is set? Feel free to attach your form, or a sample that demonstrates the issue, to a reply under the options tab and I'll take a look.

Any chance there is a form load rule that is overriding the view selection? You could always create a simple test form and see if the issue reproduces....

Sorry, I'm really not sure. Are you saying the filter isn't working as expected? Or that the form doesn't have the right fields? Something else? You can always attach your form to a reply (under the options tab) if you'd like me to take a look...

In general, with a SharePoint list form, if when you open it in design mode you get that warning, you do want to update the form. You want the schema to match (or whatever else is being compared on). And you are comparing the prior form files to the new form files, after clicking yes? This may be helpful: ...
-
The warning you are seeing means that something has changed in the list schema since the last time the form was opened in design mode. Could that be the case here?
-
Sample attached - there are some screenshots and additional info in there. Save the linked file locally, then right click the saved file and select Design to open in design mode. From there you can preview.

You'll want to show the fields task pane in advanced mode. The field will have a value attribute that is repeating. Your rule will need to be that all instances of that repeating field are not = Other. I'll see if I can put together a sample for you later today.
